Who am I and who do I want to become?

I, Deyci Carrillo López, am a proud product of Guanajuato, México and East Oakland, California. I started writing poetry around 13 years old, shortly after finding out my immigration status. Words helped me find my voice and magic. With poetry, I reclaimed my power and who i am. With my brand, I hope to inspire little and big humans to discover and own their magic through poetry and art.
